Walk more or ride a bike.
Carpool to work.
Public transportation.
Group errands together instead of running errands different days.
Keep your car tuned properly, maintain a steady speed.
Keep your tires inflated.
Make your next car a super efficient one.
Use energy efficient lightbulbs and appliances.
Turn off lights and appliances when you aren't using them.
Shop with reusable bags.
Don't overload on groceries- 25%-40% of food is thrown away.
Plant a tree.

Don't forget the 7 R's:
Reuse instead of buying new every time.
Repurpose into new, functional objects.
Rot compost everything organic.
Repair instead of replacing.
Return Only buy from companies with take-back programs.
Refill instead of buying disposable bottles and paper cups.
Refuse to buy over-packaged, disposable, single-use junk.
